Nina de Gramont

Nina de Gramont (also known as Marina Gessner) is the author of the novels The Christie Affair (St. Martins, 2022), The Last September (Algonquin, 2015), and Gossip of the Starlings (Algonquin, 2008), as well as a collection of short stories, Of Cats and Men (The Dial Press, 2001). She has also written three YA novels: The Distance from Me to You (Putnam & Sons, 2015), Meet Me at the River (Atheneum, 2013), and Every Little Thing in the World (Atheneum 2010). She lives in coastal North Carolina with her husband, the writer David Gessner, and teaches at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
