Amelia Barros

Amelia Barros is a second-generation Colombian-American artist from Newark, New Jersey. She holds a BA in English from Harvard University and an MFA in creative writing from Rutgers University-Newark. She is the 2023 recipient of the Bread Loaf Katharine Bakeless Nason Contributor Award in Nonfiction and of the Crossfield Fellowship from the Cuttyhunk Island Writers’ Residency.
