Anna Maria Hong
Anna Maria Hong won the 2026 Alice James Award for her poetry collection, Dispellations, which will be published by Alice James Books in 2028. She is the author of two previous poetry collections Age of Glass (Cleveland State University Poetry Center), winner of the Poetry Society of America’s Norma Farber First Book Award, and Fablesque (Tupelo Press), winner of the Berkshire Prize, and the novella H & G (Sidebrow Books), winner of the A Room of Her Own Foundation’s Clarissa Dalloway Prize. Her writings appear in The Nation, The Iowa Review, Colorado Review, Massachusetts Review, Poem-a-Day, Poetry Daily, The Best American Poetry, and elsewhere. A recipient of fellowships from the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study, the Amy Clampitt Poet Residency, and the Marion and Jasper Whiting Foundation, she is an Associate Professor at Mount Holyoke College. https://www.annamariahong.net
